1. By commissioning me, you agree to these terms. All work is binding once accepted. Provide clear references, descriptions, and deadlines upfront. A non-refundable deposit (e.g., 50%) is required to start; no work begins without it. Final payment is due before delivery.2. Turnaround time is typically 1-2 weeks. Delays (e.g., health, emergencies) will be communicated. Unresponsive clients after 15 days of contact forfeit deposits and commissions.3. I retain copyright and rights to display the artwork in portfolios, social media, or promotions. You receive personal (non-commercial) use rights. Commercial rights, NFTs, or resale require prior negotiation and fees.4. Revisions are free during the sketch phase (up to 5 changes). Post-approval edits incur fees. Major redesigns may require renegotiation or cancellation.5. Refunds:~Full refund (minus deposit) if canceled before sketches.
